For this single malt and single hop American Lager we used traditionally malted Bohemian pilsner with a touch of Motueka hops for a classic, crisp and easy-drinking lager.

This beer is built from our staple Little Wing Blonde Ale.Crafted with our favorite biscuity malt and a small hop charge, a touch of lactose for balance, we then add 500 lbs of strawberries for a beer that is fruity and refreshing.

This 8.5% Wee Heavy Scotch Ale pours deep mahogany with rich malt character, featuring notes of toffee, dark fruit, and a hint of smoke. Full-bodied and smooth, it finishes warm and sweet with classic Scottish depth.

The Real McCaw soars with tropical flavor, blending ripe pineapple and lush mango into a perfectly balanced sour. Bright, juicy, and refreshingly tart, this brew delivers a smooth, fruit-forward ride that’s as bold and vibrant as its namesake.

Using a blend of traditional base and crystal malts from England, we created a smooth and balanced porter with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, and a touch of roast.

Bramber is our old school version of an amber ale. Brewed with flaked rye and caramel amber malts, a two pound whirlpool addition of Wai-iiti hops offer up subtle notes of lime and stone fruit.

For our new hazy we took our favorite blend of base malts and blended oats and wheat to create a smooth and rounded mouthfeel balanced with a blend of Galaxy, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Notes of pineapple, sweet berries, and melon.

Our core Blonde Ale includes a combination of our favorite base malt, house yeast, and noble hops, this beer is designed to be easy drinking, crisp and refreshing.

Our flagship New England-Style Pale Ale brewed and dry hopped with a balanced blend of cryo Citra and cryo Mosaic the result is a concentrated burst of citrus and stone fruit essence. An abundance of flaked oats impart dense haze and a soft mouthfeel that works in perfect harmony with the smoothness of cryo hops.

Blue Loon is is our homage to one of the first Belgian style beers to really take root in America: the humble wit beer. Brewed with unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander this beer is a beautifully simple, anytime crusher.
