Our new marzen for 2024 is brewed with 100% Epiphany Malt with a balance Hallertau mittlefruh to achieve a balance of herbaciousness and spice balance with slight malty caramel sweetness.

For our first-ever festbier we have used a traditional base of german pilsner and biscuit malt in combination with german noble hops to create a lager with notes of biscuit and cracker complimented with notes of fruity, herbacious, and woodiness from the hops
