This Kolsch is an ode to a classic style. Floor-malted bohemian pilsner malt from Germany along with Michigan grown tettnang and saaz come together for a taste of the boheimian country-side.

For this collab with our friends at Petty Thieves Brewing in Charlotte, NC we used a combination of local Carolina Malt House base malt and a generous amount of oats to create a smooth rounded base. A combination of Cryo Ekuanot, Azacca, and HBC 586 delivers an intense aroma of citrus, guava, and tropical fruit with just a touch of bitterness and bold juicy flavors.
