So Fly
For this beer, we use Pilsner, Vienna, flaked wheat and oats to create a round, slightly bready base. We then hit with an onslaught of hops in both the kettle and the dry hop. Mosaic and Idaho 7 combine for not-so-subtle notes of grapefruit with hints of guava and floral undertones. With just enough bitterness to balance it all out, this one will make you feel like you took flight, no wings necessary!
